Welcome to Silk Road. Bread from the tandoor, kabobs and seasoned rice are at the heart of our family's Afghan kitchen. All our meat is Zabihah halal, and everyone is welcome at our table.

Our Story
From Afghanistan to Warren
Hashim Sidiqee immigrated to the U.S. from Afghanistan in the early eighties and dreamed of a restaurant that would showcase the cooking of his native country. In 2004 he opened Silk Road and made it a family effort, enlisting the help of his wife and children.
